KMMK promotes the Magisterial Teaching of the Catholic Church through its talk radio programming

Overview

PLUS Charities is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization in the state of Iowa. PLUS Charities owns and operates KMMK 88.7 FM, which spreads the Magisterial Teaching of the Roman Catholic Church to Cedar Rapids and beyond through talk radio programming.

KMMK also supports the teachings of St. Maximilian Mary Kolbe in his Consecration to Mary

through Jesus. This consecration offers the quickest and most effective pathway to salvation.

Why Catholic Radio is Important

-There has been an 8% drop in the number of Catholics in recent years

-47% of people are claiming No Affiliation to a religion

-Many Catholics hunger for more educational content

When existing radio stations broadcast Catholic material:

-95% are more spiritually engaged

-94% increased time in prayer
